AC service & AC repair in Dubai
In Dubai the AC runs most of the year, and dust builds up on filters and coils faster than most people expect. The result is weak cooling, water dripping from the indoor unit, higher DEWA bills and, sooner or later, a breakdown on the hottest day of the year.
We service and repair split units, ducted systems and the fan coil units (FCUs) found in most apartment towers. An AC service covers the filters, coils, drain pan and drain line, a gas pressure check and a cooling test at the grille. If a part has failed, we show you what it is before we replace it.
When a unit is beyond repair we supply and install the replacement. Most homes do well with a service before summer and another in the autumn; homes with pets, offices and buildings near construction usually need more.

Most plumbing calls in Dubai are one of three things: a leak (under a sink, behind a WC or through the ceiling from the flat above), a blocked drain, or a water heater that has stopped heating or keeps tripping the power.
We find the source before we open anything: a leak traced properly is a small repair, a guessed one is a broken wall. Blocked kitchen, basin, shower and floor drains are cleared and tested, and taps, mixers, WCs and pumps are repaired or replaced.
Water heaters are repaired when that makes sense (a failed element, thermostat or safety valve) and replaced when the tank is corroded or leaking. We tell you which makes sense, and we install new heaters for kitchens and bathrooms.

Electrician in Dubai: faults, new sockets & switches
A breaker that keeps tripping, a dead socket, flickering lights or a burning smell from a switch: electrical faults are worth taking seriously. Switch off what you safely can, then call us. We trace the fault back to its cause (a failing appliance, a damaged cable, an overloaded circuit or a tired breaker) and repair it properly.
Need more sockets? We add new sockets and switches, move existing ones to suit new furniture, and fit USB, outdoor, dimmer and smart switches. Each new point is wired from a suitable circuit and tested, and the wall is made good and painted so you can’t tell it was opened.
We also install lights and chandeliers, wire water heaters and appliances, and check and label distribution boards (DBs). Bigger changes, such as new circuits or extra load, are planned with drawings and any approvals they need.

Water coming through the ceiling of the flat below, damp at the bottom of a wall, or grout that never dries: in Dubai these almost always trace back to waterproofing that has failed in a bathroom, a balcony or a roof.
We take the finishes back to the screed, repair the cracks, and apply a waterproofing membrane with sealed corners, drains and pipe collars. Then we flood-test it before a single tile goes back on, because the test is what tells you the membrane actually holds.
Our tilers lay floor and wall tiles in porcelain, ceramic and large-format slabs, replace cracked or hollow tiles, re-grout and re-silicone wet areas, and finish skirting and thresholds cleanly.

Motorized curtains open and close at the touch of a button, on a timer or from your phone: useful for tall windows, rooms that need full blackout, and for keeping the sun off the furniture while you are out.

What does a maintenance company in Dubai do?

How often should I service my AC in Dubai?
Most homes do well with an AC service before summer and another in the autumn. Homes with pets, offices and buildings near construction usually need more frequent servicing, and an annual maintenance contract keeps it on schedule.
Do you have an emergency plumber or electrician?

What is an annual maintenance contract (AMC)?
A yearly agreement that covers planned visits, usually AC servicing plus plumbing and electrical checks, and sets out how call-outs and repairs between visits are handled. Each AMC is tailored to the property and agreed in writing.
Do I need building permission for repairs?
Routine repairs usually do not. Work that opens walls, changes plumbing or electrical layouts, or brings in heavy materials normally needs a building NOC or work permit. We tell you upfront and can prepare the application for you.
