These Terms of Service govern your use of fitoutcompany.ae and the architect-led fit out, renovation, and interior design services offered by M&A Technical & Contracting (“M&A Studio”).

By accessing or using fitoutcompany.ae you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

Our Services

M&A Technical & Contracting (M&A Studio) provides architect-led fit out, renovation, interior design, and project management services for residential and commercial properties in Dubai and the wider UAE. Information on this website describes our services and is provided for general guidance only.

Quotations and Pricing

Any cost figures, per-square-foot ranges, or timelines shown on this website are indicative only and do not constitute a binding offer. A fixed-price quotation is issued only after a site visit and detailed assessment, and becomes binding only when signed by both parties in a written contract. The number in the signed contract is the number on the final invoice.

Warranties

M&A Studio offers a 1-year workmanship warranty on standard fit out and renovation works, and a 5-year comprehensive warranty on our luxury VIP tier, both commencing from the date of handover. Warranty terms are detailed in your signed contract and cover workmanship on civil, joinery, MEP, finishing, and specialty works we install.

Authority Approvals

Where included in your contract, M&A Studio manages Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense (DCD), and building or community manager NOC applications on your behalf. Approval timelines depend on the relevant authority and are outside our direct control, though we work to minimise delays.
