What we do
What we do
M&A Studio designs and builds interior fit outs and renovations for apartments, villas and offices across Dubai. Every project runs on a fixed-price contract with a named project manager, a written programme, and a 1-year warranty on workmanship and materials (5-year on our luxury tier).
How we work
We are architect-led, which means design, approvals and construction sit under one accountable team. We handle Dubai Municipality and Trakhees permits, building management NOCs, and the full construction sequence — from demolition through to a snagged, defect-period handover.
Where we work
Our projects span Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, JVC, Palm Jumeirah, Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills and Arabian Ranches. We hold a valid DED trade licence covering fit-out and renovation scope and are registered with the relevant civic authorities.
